YOUR TRAINING IS BROKEN INTO 4 MAJOR AREAS

SPEED & AGILITY

Athletes will perform drills that are designed to increase their explosive speed, fast feet, change of direction, balance and accuracy.  There will be timed standards that we use to monitor their performance.

STRENGTH & POWER

Athletes will be given proper instruction on the basic lifts that relate closely to all sports.  Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, Power Clean.  The goals are to build the athletes Strength and Power while reducing the opportunities for injury.

One of my beliefs is teaching the athlete that it is ok to Fail.  If we do not push ourselves to the point of failure, how do we know what we are capable of?  My goal is to help the athlete grow by finding their fail points and then build off of them!

VERTICAL DRILLS

Various drills will be utilized to increase the athletes vertical jump along with increasing their speed into the jump

MENTAL TOUGHNESS

All the training in the world won't matter if your mind is not in the game.  Throughout all phases of training at the A.P.E. classes, we will be working to create sharper minds that react quickly and do not give up!
